General Terms and Conditions

  • 1. Introduction These General Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of services provided by Leadinveck Pty Ltd ("Provider") through the DreamBuilder Program. By engaging with our services, you ("Client") agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. 2. Services The Provider offers the DreamBuilder Program, which includes coaching sessions, online training, and other related services. The specific services to be provided will be outlined in the Service Agreement. 3. Fees and Payment All fees for services are detailed in the Service Agreement. Payments must be made in accordance with the terms specified. The Provider reserves the right to suspend services for non-payment. 4. Confidentiality Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the course of the services. This obligation will continue indefinitely, even after the termination of the Service Agreement. 5. Intellectual Property All intellectual property developed or provided by the Provider during the course of the services remains the exclusive property of the Provider. The Client is granted a non-exclusive, limited-use license for any materials provided. 6. Limitation of Liability The Provider makes no guarantees regarding the achievement of specific personal outcomes or goals. The Client acknowledges that success is dependent on their engagement and effort. The Provider is not liable for any perceived failure to achieve personal goals. 7. Conflict of Interest The Provider is committed to transparency and integrity. Any potential or actual conflicts of interest will be disclosed to the Client, and the Client will be supported in making informed decisions about their supports. 8. Complaints and Feedback The Client is encouraged to provide feedback and lodge complaints if necessary. Complaints will be acknowledged within 2 business days and resolved within 5 business days. The Client has the right to escalate unresolved complaints to the NDIS Commission. 9. Termination Either party may terminate the Service Agreement with 14 days' notice. The Provider may terminate the agreement immediately if the Client breaches any terms or fails to make payments. 10. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland. 11. Amendments Any amendments to these Terms must be made in writing and signed by both parties. 12. Entire Agreement These Terms, together with the Service Agreement, constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede any prior agreements or understandings. 13. Severability If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable. 14. Waiver The failure of either party to enforce any provision of these Terms will not be construed as a waiver of that provision or any other provision. 15. Notices All notices required or permitted under these Terms must be in writing and delivered to the addresses specified in the Service Agreement. 16. Indemnification The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Provider from any claims, losses, or damages arising from the Client's use of the services. 17. Currency Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, all monetary amounts referred to in this Agreement are in Australian Dollars. By engaging with our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these General Terms and Conditions. 18. Open to Work on LinkedIn If you are currently unemployed and actively seeking work, your registration will begin as soon as you make a payment, deposit, or sign an agreement to enroll in one of our programs. For those opting for a payment plan, repayments will be deferred until you receive your first paycheque in your new role. 19. Affiliate Program 19.1. Eligibility To qualify as an Affiliate, individuals must have either commenced or completed the DreamBuilder Program to ensure they have the appropriate context and understanding.

  • Affiliates are encouraged to attend all free Vision Workshops.held by DeanLevick.com. In particular any that their referral customer has committed to attend.

  • Affiliates are also encouraged to attend all free Strategy Sessions held by DeanLevick.com. This will be when the pricing presentation would take place and a sale is closed. 19.2. Sales Support DeanLevick.com will provide DeanLevick.com sales scripts for conversations to Affiliates to assist in creating effective sales opportunities and enhancing the Affiliates overall referral sales experience. 19.3. Knowledge Base Access Affiliates will have access to the comprehensive DreamBuilder Knowledge Base, enabling them to provide immediate answers and support to their referral customers. Registration Requirement Affiliates must complete and sign the official Affiliate Registration Form sent via DocuSign to be formally recognised as an Affiliate of DeanLevick.com. 19.5. New Programs As additional DeanLevick.com programs are introduced, Affiliates may extend referrals to these programs, including to clients they have previously referred. At that point the Affiliate program will be updated. 19.6. Affiliate Entity Affiliates may operate either as individuals or as ABN-registered businesses. Leadinveck Pty Ltd operating as DeanLevick.com on this website is not a PAYG Employer of an Affiliate. As such does not pay any taxes on behalf of an Affiliate. 19.7. Commission Invoicing All commission claims must be supported by a valid invoice issued to Leadinveck Pty Ltd. 19.8. Commission Basis This engagement is strictly commission-only. No salary, retainer, or other payments apply. 19.9. Payment Terms Commission payments will be made within seven (7) days of DeanLevick.com receiving full payment from the referred customer presented by the Affiliate. 19.10. Client Relationship All referred customers become direct clients of DeanLevick.com upon engagement, with DeanLevick.com responsible for ongoing service and relationship management.

  • 19.11: Lead Generation
  • Lead Generation is not the underlying function of an Affiliate. Closing Sales is the primary function. However, DeanLevick.com will provide support to an Affiliate prospect where needed.
